At Shri Vigneshwara Vedic Seva, we strive to provide divine and high-quality Vedic services such as homams, pujas, and spiritual consultations.
We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established this Refund & Cancellation Policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all our devotees and customers.
1. Service Confirmation
Once a booking and payment are completed through our website https://shrivigneshwaravedicseva.com, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
All bookings are subject to confirmation and availability of pandits, materials, and auspicious dates.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be requested only within 24 hours of booking, provided the service has not already commenced or materials have not been purchased.
Any cancellation request must be made through our official contact channels (email or phone).
Once the puja/homam preparations have started, or items have been arranged, the booking becomes non-cancellable.
The management reserves the right to approve or deny cancellation requests based on the situation.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable for confirmed cancellations approved by our management.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind or personal reasons
Dissatisfaction with the spiritual outcome (results vary based on faith and belief)
Completed or ongoing pujas/homams
Donations or Dakshina given to priests
In case of a technical error or duplicate payment, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment (PhonePe or bank transfer).
4. Rescheduling Policy
If you wish to reschedule your puja or homam:
Inform us at least 48 hours in advance.
We will do our best to accommodate your preferred date and time, subject to pandit and resource availability.
Rescheduling is allowed only once per booking.
5. Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
Puja materials once procured or customized
Priest fees and Dakshina already paid
Completed rituals, consultations, or astrology reports
Donations made for temple offerings or religious purposes
6. Delays or Cancellations by Us
In rare cases where we are unable to provide the booked service due to unforeseen circumstances (such as priest unavailability, natural calamities, or technical issues), you will be offered:
A full refund, or
An option to reschedule the service to a later date
Our team will promptly inform you and assist in resolving the issue.
